I am in Phuket, Thailand...the first day of a long journey this summer. I don't have a return date, but I'm guessing around August I'll be about ready to head back to the states :)
I'm just learning how to work the Nikon D-90, and since I wasn't sure what I was doing in the first couple of days I took tons of photos as LARGE files, which means they take forever to upload...but luckily I finally got this photo of my friend Sam up on the blog.
It is 100% her...lovely and vibrant.
I may create a new blog just for Thailand, or just turn this one into my online travel journal.
FYI...it is HOT here. It rained early this morning, but now it is balmy, sticky, and humid. I'm in heaven.
